Join our GTK Mentor Team for the Fall semester of 2021/2022 and be part of our volunteer mentor team!
Your tasks will be:
- Help new international students settle in Szeged
- Build a community together
- Make friendships
- Organize social events
- Have fun
- Support each other
If you would like to be involved, send your mentor application to Dr. Anita Kéri: keri.anita@eco.u-szeged.hu, until 02 August 2021 (Monday)! Please send your CV (with any relevant experience, e.g. Erasmus+ scholarship) and a cover letter (including why you would like to become a mentor)!
If you would be shortlisted, you will be invited for a personal discussion about your motivation to become a student mentor. In exchange of your hard work we can offer you unforgettable experiences, favourable Erasmus+ mobility application evaluation and a certificate of your mentoring activity.

We continued our tradition of welcoming our newly admitted students to the University of Szeged’s Faculty of Business Administration and Management.
Under the guidance of Dr. Ildikó Pusztai-Varga, Director of International Affairs, and Melinda Kovács, International Relations Coordinator, the mentor team worked hard to make the freshmen’s transition as smooth as possible. The programs not only helped students become familiar with Szeged and university life but also strengthened the growing sense of community between mentors and first-year students.
