4th September 2017 marked the beginning of the official registration week for the new international students coming to the University of Szeged from all corners of the world.
Scheduled first in the week, newcomers to the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration had a chance to register in the University’s electronic systems from 8:30 in the morning. The queues in front of the registration desks were filled with curious and mildly worried faces of both fee-paying students and Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship holders eagerly waiting for guidance from their mentors, present faculty members and the workers of the Student Service Office (HSZI). Despite the initial uncertainties and unforeseen issues naturally present at such occasions, the mentors and other helpers made sure that everyone present could successfully start the registration process and make yet another step towards becoming a full-time active student of the University of Szeged. The official registration week at HSZI is planned to continue until 8th September so latecomers can also conclude the registration process before classes finally begin for everybody on Monday, 11st September.
