Neptun online registration: 21th August – 3rd September (https://neptun.szte.hu/hallgato/login)
Orientation week: 3rd – 7th September
Registration at the Faculty: 3rd September 8:30 – 12:00 (main Faculty building, Szeged, Kálvária sgt. 1., Aula)
Registration at the Student Service Office: 6th September 12:00-16:00 (TIK Library, Szeged, Ady tér 10.)
Official welcome event for new international students: 7th September, 8:00 (Rector’s Office, Szeged, Dugonics tér 13.)
Registration at the Faculty for latecomers: 7th September 14:00 (main Faculty building, Szeged, Kálvária sgt. 1., Aula)
First classes: 10th September, Monday

Onboarding freshmen social programmes

We continued our tradition of welcoming our newly admitted students to the University of Szeged’s Faculty of Business Administration and Management.

Under the guidance of Dr. Ildikó Pusztai-Varga, Director of International Affairs, and Melinda Kovács, International Relations Coordinator, the mentor team worked hard to make the freshmen’s transition as smooth as possible. The programs not only helped students become familiar with Szeged and university life but also strengthened the growing sense of community between mentors and first-year students.
