Profile
Dr. György Kovács graduated in 1994 from the University of Economics in Budapest with a degree in economics. He studied at the doctoral school of economic history between 1999 and 2002, organized by the Pázmány Péter Catholic University and the University of Economics and Public Administration in Budapest. In 2010, he obtained his PhD at the University of Szeged, Doctoral School of Economics. He had worked in the Kőrösi Csoma Sándor College between 1994 and 1998 before taking up a teaching position in József Attila University in Szeged from 1998. Currently, he works as an associate professor at the University of Szeged, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. He is also head of the Divison of Finance at the Faculty.
