University life can be exciting, but it also comes with its fair share of stress. Between exams, assignments, and social dynamics, it’s easy to put your mental well-being last. But taking care of yourself is key to success—inside and outside the classroom!

Unlock Your Well-Being: 45-Minute Mental Health Care Sessions for Students in 2025 spring

In the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration we’re offering 3 free 45-minute mental health care sessions to help you build resilience, manage stress, prioritize your well-being and create the vision of your future. After a 30 mins presentation, we will overview some practical tips and exercises and there will be also room for Q&As!

 

  • Session 1 (online): Mental-well being and self care planning – Support yourself in everyday life thorughout challenging times.

  • Session 2: Stress Management – Explore your own peaceful mind and learn practical techniques to manage stress and anxiety.

  • Session 3: Building a vision for myself – Meet the power of imagination and find your ikigai.
    Date and location: 10.00am, May 6th 2025, Room 408

Whether you're dealing with academic pressure, social challenges, or just need some guidance on how to stay balanced, come and join us for these sessions!

 


Embrace Mental Health Self-Care: Well-being workshops for emotional resilience and self-confidence

Join our workshops and increase your well-being! In these 2-2,5-hour sessions, you'll learn practical tools to plan your self-care activities, to regulate your emotions, to manage stress and boost your confidence in both personal and professional situations. While the 1st workshop will be indoor, we go out in the next workshops and immerse ourselves in the healing environment of the University Botanical Garden. Don't miss out on this opportunity to invest in your emotional well-being!
