Admission process for BSc applicants

The admission process for the BSc programme involves a written test comprised of a Mathematics and an English part. Both tests shall be completed in 60 minutes. In case of the Mathematics test you are allowed to use a calculator but the English part (consisting of grammatical, reading and writing sections) shall be completed without any external help. Entrance examination tests for the academic year of 2022/2023 are organized in the form of an online written test in the electronic study system of the university. You can find sample tests to help you prepare here: Sample_Test_English_2018.pdf, Sample_Test_Maths_2018.pdf

After the entrance examinations have been evaluated the faculty committee decides about the admissions on the faculty level – please note that the final decision about the scholarship is made by the Tempus Public Foundation.

Once the scholarships are awarded, newly admitted students are issued an official admission letter by the university to attach to visa applications. Accommodation is provided to all Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship holders in the University’s dormitories, however, students may move to individual flats later.

New students start their studies in September each year with an orientation week designed to get their paperwork in order and make them familiar with the University and the vibe of the city before starting classes usually in the middle of September.

Documents to submit for BSc applicants (depends on the relevant Call for Applications):
