The so called EcoCamp Summer camp is a unique opportunity for high-school students to spend a whole week in the city of Szeged. During the week long event students can get acquainted with economic and financial issues, deal with marketing problems and come up with creative solutions.

The aim of the camp is to raise the level of financial awareness among Hungary’s youth while at the same time showing them how the economy works.

This year the camp took place between 25th and 30th July. In the mornings, professional lecturers held presentations and gave the participants various tasks to solve. During the afternoons, different outdoor and indoor activities – e.g. bowling and competitions – were organised to make the camp more colourful.

On the last night of the camp, the participants and the organizers celebrated the 5th anniversary of the annual event with a cake. We are sure that everyone returned home with a memorable experience this year once again.
