Important Information

Tickets for the event will be available for purchase through the Modulo system from 29 June 2026. Further details will be provided soon.

We kindly ask all participants to occupy the available seats continuously and avoid leaving empty spaces within rows. This will help ensure that all guests can be accommodated during the ceremony.
Prior to the ceremony, an information session and rehearsal will be held. Attendance is mandatory for all graduating students; therefore, we kindly ask graduates to arrive on time.
Professional photographs will be taken during the ceremony. The photos will be available to graduating students through the Alumni Portal following registration.

Please note that only those graduates who have no outstanding financial obligations to the University will be eligible to receive their diploma during the ceremony.
Students who have previously registered for the Graduation Ceremony but ultimately do not attend will not be entitled to a refund of the participation fee.
